All of our trainers hold a University Degree in Kinesiology, which is a the study of human movement and exercise science based and a hands-on program that is transferable to life experiences with our patients. At Physio FX the our personal training experience means that you are working with a dedicated team full of knowledgeable and a highly educated trainers. Your trainer is there at your side to work with you to achieve your wellness goals. Your goal may be to return to sport, or weight loss, cardiovascular improvement, strength training, bone density maintenance, stress management, starting/re-starting a regular fitness program for general health, or something else entirely; your Personal Trainer will be there to help you, encourage you, motivate you and (sometimes) hold you accountable towards achieving goals and feeling better!
Whether you are a beginner or an amateur in the gym we want to go to the gym with confidence and provide you with the right information to exercise safely. After injuries some may feel hesitant to go back to the gym and start lifting weights. Our team provides you with a hands-on approach to make sure your transition from injury is as smooth as possible.

With the collaboration of the medical professionals in the clinic and personal trainers we gather science-based information to help with any injuries you are facing. A custom-made program is also geared towards to goals you have always wanted to achieve in life.

For example, if you are a new parent we will provide you exercises to protect your back. If you are athletic, we will provide strengthening exercises to prevent common injuries in your sport. We want you to live in a pain free life and be cautious how to prevent injuries from happening in day-to-day life.
