Paid parking on the “P1” level under our building that can be accessed from the West side of the building. FREE parking on the “P1” level after 3:30pm. Keep in mind, after 6 pm you cannot enter the building through the parking lot since a security code (#0622) is required to enter through the front entrance and use of the elevators.

Parking at Scarborough Town Centre (all parking lots are open after 11 am, a select few are open at 9:30am)

Metered Parking in front of 55 Town Centre Court and behind on Borough Drive (until 6pm, then FREE)

Metered Parking within the parking lot at 200 Town Centre Ct (just West of the YMCA)

Pay Parking – Scarborough Civic Centre

From the Scarborough TTC bus terminal station: when you come out of the station at the shopping center level walk toward the Civic Centre and turn left at the bottom of the stairs/ramp. Walk in the direction of the YMCA (eastwards) and 55 Town Centre Court is directly opposite the YMCA (look for our sign on the side of the building).

As of July 2023 TTC has halted use of the Scarborough LRT and has increased bus services between Kennedy Station and the Scarborough Town Centre until the Scarborough Subway extension project is completed.
